Auxiliary Data Module

Unlike other solutions on the market, LT3 is connected to both the production line scale and the controller, giving it access to all auxiliary unit data (piece position, width, height, thickness, weight, density, temperature, humidity, etc.). This provides a complete overview of the state of the production line, for each unit produced.

Thus, with LT3, you can combine weight data analysis AND auxiliary data for each unit produced. This makes it easier to pinpoint the source of a problem, make adjustments and track outcomes. As a result, LT3’s diagnostic capability is far superior to that of solutions that only acquire the weight of each unit but cannot specify its position.
